A 400m Sea Swim, 10km Bike (1 lap, non-drafting) followed by a 2.5km Run (3 laps).    

A 750m Sea Swim, 21km Bike (2 laps, non-drafting) followed by a 5km Run (6 laps).

There will also be a junior aquathlon which will begin after the seniors have completed their swim component (distances appropriate to age).

Meet Gorey Common. 

Competitors require only a wetsuit, brightly coloured swim hat, goggles, a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling.  Please arrive by 17:45 to collect your race number, chip and set up your transition for a 18:30 start. There will be a full briefing 5 minutes before the race. There are public toilets near transition.
