This is a Reverse Split Triathlon for any junior triathletes born in 2016 (Tristars Start) - 2007, with all elements taking place at Les Quennevais.

FULL TIMES AND DISTANCES WILL BE SENT NEARER THE TIME.

Please bring a swimming hat, goggles and either a swimming costume or trisuit.  Athletes need a road worthy bike (two functioning brakes, plugged bar ends and properly inflated tyres), a cycle helmet and shoes and clothes suitable for running and cycling.  Athletes should have food and drink for before, during and after their event(s).  The weather could be warm or cold and they should dress accordingly with layers for before and after.
