This is a split triathlon for any junior triathletes born in 2015 (Tristars Start) - 2006.

Athletes will swim at St Brelades beach and then all athletes will relocate to Les Quennevais for the cycle and run.  FULL TIMES AND DISTANCES WILL BE SENT NEARER THE TIME.
Please bring a swimming hat, goggles and either a swimming costume or trisuit.  All athletes should wear a wetsuit which should cover at least their torso.  Athletes need a road worthy bike (two functioning brakes and properly inflated tyres), a cycle helmet and shoes and clothes suitable for running and cycling.  Athletes should have food and drink for before, during and after their event(s).  The weather could be warm or cold and they should dress accordingly with layers for before and after.
