The Ana Leaf St Catherine's Triathlon is a Sprint distance event (750m, 20km Bike (non-drafting), 5km Run).  Full instructions will be sent to you a few days before the event.  You need a brightly coloured swim hat, a wetsuit (compulsory if sea temp is below 14C), a road worthy bike, a helmet and clothes/shoes suitable for running and cycling.

Water Cover: Please only register for a water cover ticket if you have a Beach Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent and can provide your own water craft, the club will pay £40 per event for this role.
