The Ana Leaf Gorey Triathlon is a Sprint distance event (750m, 20km Bike (non-drafting), 5km Run).  Full instructions will be sent to you a few days before the event.  You need a brightly coloured swim hat, a wetsuit (compulsory if sea temp is below 14C), a road worthy bike, a helmet and clothes/shoes suitable for running and cycling.
