The Ana Leaf Corbiere Duathlon is a Reverse Standard distance event (5km, 40km Bike (non-drafting), 10km Run), or a Sprint distance event (5km Run, 20km Bike (non-drafting), 2.5km Run) or a Short distance event (2.5km Run, 10km Bike (non-drafting), 2.5km Run).  Full instructions will be sent to you a few days before the event.  Be ready for an early alarm call.  You need a road worthy bike, a helmet and clothes/shoes suitable for running and cycling.
