The Ana Leaf Sorel Duathlon Series is a series of three races every Thursday evening in April.  Registration is for the series to encourage a "turn up and take part" approach.

There will be three race options:

18:00 SHORT - 400m Run/1.76km Bike (2 laps, draft legal)/200m Run open to any Tristars/Youth (born in 2008 to 2017 inclusive)

18:00 SHORT* - 790m Run/4.40km Bike (5 laps, draft legal)/790m Run open to TS2 or above (2008 to 2014) register for the SHORT and discuss with coaches on arrival

18:20 MEDIUM - 790m Run/4.40km Bike (5 laps, draft legal)/790m Run open to any adults and Youth or above (2010 or earlier)

18:20 LONG - 1.58km Run/8.80km Bike (10 laps, draft legal)/1.58km Run open to any adults and Youth or above (2010 or earlier)

NB the SHORT race has a slightly longer bike leg than that recommended by the BTF for those in Tristars Start (born 2017), it is 1.76km actual vs 1.5km recommended.
