About Run for the Trees

Join Jersey Trees for Life for our second annual Run for the Trees on Sunday 29 June at Val de la Mare, in partnership with Rock N Road Run Co and event sponsors, Evelyn Partners.

Runners can choose one of a 12 km, 6 km or 3 km run around the arboretum and reservoir. The three winners get their name on a tree (label) for the next year as well as receiving a medal crafted from wood. There's also a prize for top fundraiser.

Most importantly, Run for the Trees is an opportunity for you to contribute to the community and do something healthy in scenic surroundings. Plus of course it should be a lot of fun.

Sign-in on the day opens at 8.45am with start times as follow:

9.30am - 11 km

9.35am - 6 km

9.40am - 3 km

Runners doing the 6 km or 12km courses will require trail shoes.

Our aim is for Run for the Trees to become a staple in the local running calendar and we encourage anyone interested to get involved and spread the word.
