Jersey Surf School is excited to announce the return of our Beach Ironman event, Round La Rocco, kindly sponsored by Apex.

Round La Rocco will be raising funds for our Junior Lifesaving Program which aims to develop a lifesaving culture at grassroots level, opening career pathways into the RNLI and emergency services through developing the skills and knowledge of children and young adults on our Island.

Time: 10am

Location: La Braye beach

The Beach Ironman format consists of a paddle, run and a swim amongst the magnificent backdrop of La Rocco Tower.

Categories consists of Male Open, Female Open, Male Under 16, Female Under 16, Male Under 12, Female Under 12 and Tag Team.



Categories and distances:



Male & Female Open - Paddle 800m, run 500m, swim 200m x2

Male & Female u16 - Paddle 600m, run 400m, swim 150m x2 

Male & Female u12 - Paddle 500m, run 300m, swim 100m x2 

Mixed u10 - Paddle 300m, Run 200m, Paddle 300m x2

Tag Team - Paddle 1.5km, Run 1km run, Swim 500m x2

(The Tag Team category will require teams of three. Each team member must compete in one discipline each - run, swim or paddle)

Entry fee includes swim cap, t-shirt and water bottle.

Paddle/rescue boards will be provided.
