To celebrate Safeguarding Adults Week 2025 (17-21 November), Jersey Sport are delighted to be partnering with Safeguarding Partnership Jersey and Building a Safer Community to launch a new forum to support safeguarding improvements in local sport. The network - Designated Safeguarding Leads for Sport - will work closely with Welfare Officers / Safeguarding Leads of local sport organisations to support their roles and work within community sport.

This launch event will outline the purpose and aims of the network, providing an opportunity for Welfare Officers / Safeguarding Leads to help shape the direction of the forum in 2026 and beyond.
