Look to walk , run or cycle 1 mile a day or go longer on other days to try and complete 29 miles in the month. You can record your distance or roughly guess , be honest with yourself..... you are only cheating yourself and your heart health !!
Walk, Run or cycle 29 miles in the 29 days of February 2024 and raise funds for the Jersey Heart Support Group and help your support your heart and the charity that supports the cardiac community in Jersey!!
