A road worthy bike

Appropriate Bike helmet and kit.

You should also ensure that you have enough hydration and fuel for the sessions.

Please note if you are cycling to and from the series sit, you may need lights for the journey home, please ensure there are charged. It is the cyclists responsibility to ensure they have appropriate kit and bike maintenance completed before they arrive at the course.

Please ensure you have booked for the series, any people that ‘pitchup’ in the hope of a coaching session will be asked to leave if they are not booked in.

We will set up a WhatsApp group to give updates on weather conditions that week and if sessions need to be moved or rearranged – on signing up to the series you are giving permission to be added to this WhatsApp group chat.
