Cycle 1 - 6 x weeks - 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th November, 5th & 12th December 2024

Cycle 2 - 6 x weeks - 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January, 6th & 13th February 2025

Cycle 3 - 6 x weeks - 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th March & 3rd, 10th April
