You can choose to enter all of the races, the three individual races, just the individual races or just enter relay (teams to be declared the day before the event).
Participants in the senior Easter Festival should be 15 years old on the first day of the Festival.
Wearing of headphones or ear phones of any kind is prohibited during all of the Festival's races. Doing so will incur the risk of disqualification and exclusion from the rules. (This does not apply to hearing aids.)
By registering, you are declaring that you are well enough to take part in the event and that you will not hold the GAC or any of its officers responsible for any accident, loss or injury incurred whilst taking part in this event. You are also allowing your name, age category & club to be used in results which will be passed up to relevant UK Athletics results databases. You are accepting that any published race images may include you.
EY Easter Running Festival 2022
15th - 18th April (Easter Weekend) 2022
4 races over 4 days: Starting on Good Friday morning and ending with a presentation on Easter Monday afternoon and comprises of a 5k road race, a 4.75mile multi-terrain race, a 4x1mile cross country relay and a 10k road race.
Each of the races is held on consecutive days at various locations around the island. Competitors may enter as many or as few races as they wish, or as a team. The Festival has a fine reputation for its quality and friendly competition from the front of the field throughout standards and ages. The Festival has been in existence for 40 years, although on account of the global Coronavirus pandemic 2022 will be the 38th edition.
