If you are training for a spring marathon then make sure these runs are part of your training schedule. With a choice of 12 miles and 17 miles in February and 17 and 20 in March, they are suitable for anyone training for any spring marathon, and are open to runners of all abilities and experience.
Starting at John F Kennedy School on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead, all the routes head straight out into the Hertfordshire countryside with picturesque views and challenging hills.
They are fully signposted with cheerful marshals to help you get around the course and include regular water stops and a jelly baby stop to keep you hydrated and full of energy.
After the run, join us in the hall for well deserved, free hot and cold drinks and cakes before heading home.
