Enter Frome Triathlon 2026 Today!

Held on Sunday 19th July 2026, Frome Sprint Triathlon is a welcoming Sprint Distance Triathlon suitable for all levels, whether you're a first time triathlete or seasoned competitor.

Selected as one of BTF's 2026 Triathlon England South West Adult Race Series, we have a fully marshalled course featuring:

• A fast 400m pool swim,
• Scenic 23km bike around beautiful Somerset / Wiltshire countryside,
• 5km run on a mixture of road and tracks.

From registration right through to the finish, we have a great team of enthusiastic volunteers who are there to support and help you have the best race experience possible.

We welcome all abilities from those entering their first triathlon through to GB qualifiers. Entries can be as made individuals and or as a relay team.

The event is open to athletes over 16 at the time of the event. Parents of 16/17 year old competitors will need to complete a parental consent form prior to the race to be able to compete.

This race is a British Triathlon Federation event, therefore, a BTF race pass is required to take part:

• If you already have a BTF membership, this may already be covered by this, but please check your membership details before the race to confirm you are.
• If you are not a BTF member, you will be able to purchase a pass when you checkout.
