Please note, everyone participating in the event MUST be registered to ensure they receive a race number and medal at the finish. 

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Entry pricing is the same across both distances. Participants may choose the race length they would prefer to run, however, all participants run through 5 powder paint stations and receive a medal. The price is not reflective of distance run. Pre school under 4's tickets are a nominal fee to cover the cost of the medal only.

All adults and children wishing to participate in the event must register by Monday 27th May

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for personal injury during the event.

All children under 11 must be supervised by a responsible adult ( aged 18+ ) at all times.

On the course, a maximum of 3 children under 11 to be supervised per adult ( aged 18+ )

Children 11 years and over may run unaccompanied with parental consent.

There is no designated parking area for the event.

Public car parks are available at the village hall, football field, in front of A piece of cake and there is roadside parking. Please walk where possible or car pool. We recommend arriving early if you are wishing to park as there will be road closures from 10am.

Cars are left at owners risk.

Some of the route runs across fields and rural paths. Take care especially on rough and uneven ground and where routes run on or crossing roads, stepping on and off pavements.

Entrants must wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the event - we suggest a white t shirt so the colours really pop!

Although the coloured powder is designed to wash out of clothes, hair and shoes, this cannot be guaranteed.

Entrants are advised to wear suitable protective eye wear and head coverings.

Entrants must supply their own sun or wet weather protection as appropriate for the day.

The event will still go ahead in rainy conditions.

Entrants must bring their own water bottles. Water will be available at the start and finish to replenish bottles.

There will be photographs taken on the day. These will be used to share news about the Rainbow Run and promote future fundraising events. Images may be used for press release, printed publicly or used by FoCPS private facebook page or Coltishall School website.They will be held securely and we will delete them when they are no longer needed for publicity purposes. We may also share these images with our event sponsors for use on printed and online publicity. If you do not wish for you or your child to be photographed, please email focpschool@gmail.com with your name and race number.
