We're delighted to announce that the Frenchay 10k is now open for entries!

All finishers receive a legendary Frenchay 10k mug! 

We're very proud that, as ever, 100% of the proceeds of the run go to charity.

2025 CHARITIES:  Our chosen charities are Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity (improving the health and happiness of patients in NHS hospitals in Bristol centre, South Bristol & Weston-super-Mare), Freewheelers EVS aka Blood Bikes (delivering blood and essential medical supplies in the South West) and Friends of Page Park (protecting and improving Page Park and it's facilities for the Staple Hill community and future generations). 

COURSE:  The run starts & finishes at the UWE Glenside campus and goes through Oldbury Court and along local roads. The course is scenic and undulating and will suit all standards. Unfortunately, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. 

RACE DAY INFO
Registration opens at 9.45 and closes at 10.45. Race starts at 11.00. Presentation of the trophies takes place at 12.30 in the Students Centre.

Race numbers are given out on the day at registration between 9.45 and 10.45.

Entries on the day available - £25 - unless the event sells out beforehand.

Hot and cold refreshments available

Free parking / cycle facilities on site at race start/finish (BS16 1DD) - please cycle / walk / bus if you can! Or car-share if you can't.
