2024 CHARITIES: Our chosen charities are Suicide Prevention UK (saving lives through our National Helpline and our Outreach Team across Bristol and the surrounding area) and Freewheelers EVS aka Blood Bikes (delivering blood and essential medical supplies in the South West).
COURSE: The run starts & finishes at the UWE Glenside campus and goes through Oldbury Court and along local roads. The course is scenic and undulating and will suit all standards. Unfortunately, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
RACE DAY INFO
Registration opens at 9.45 and closes at 10.45. Race starts at 11.00. Presentation of the trophies takes place at 12.30 in the Students Centre.
Race numbers are given out on the day at registration between 9.45 and 10.45.
Entries on the day available - £25 - unless the event sells out beforehand.

First super veteran male and female runners (50-59).
First super-duper veteran male and female runners (60+).
The Frenchay 10K was first held in 1980 and is one of the country's oldest 10K events. The race was conceived with the joint purpose of staging a well-organised run for serious runners and beginners alike and raising money for local charities.
800 entry limit.
