Race HQ is at Bartholomew School, Eynsham, Oxford OX29 4AP.
Free parking is provided at the Oasis Business Park, with ample spaces available. The postcode is OX29 4TW and it will be signposted. Please do not park village roads, as this could obstruct the course and/or local residents. The car park is a 10 minute walk from Race HQ.
In an effort to be more sustainable we offer the option for a donation to be made to charity, in lieu of receiving a race t-shirt. The charity we have selected is Trees Not Tees (Home – Trees Not Tees). If you chose a t-shirt your entry number will denote the size you selected. If you opt for a donation to charity, we will instead make a donation of £5 +VAT to Trees Not Tees, and you won’t have a t shirt set aside for you to collect at the end of the race. (Trees not Tees will email you a certificate post race.)
Toilets and (limited) changing facilities are available at Race HQ, along with a free bag drop. Refreshments are also available to purchase from inside the school hall, both pre and post race.
The race numbers, with timing chips attached, will be posted in advance . Please remember to bring them with you, as there will be no facility to replace them on the day.
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
