The Ealing Mile is a road race held in Lammas Park, Ealing, W5 5JH. It offers a fast, friendly and fun lunchtime race. 

With its friendly atmosphere and community feel, the Ealing Mile offers a great opportunity to enjoy one of Ealing’s famous leafy green parks. Lammas Park is also the start and finish of the Ealing Half Marathon. 

This event is open to anyone aged 4 years and above and welcomes participants of all abilities – whether they choose to run, jog or walk the course. 

The course is based on the distance markers in Lammas Park and has been measured precisely. Course map. The race is a UK Athletics licensed race, times are officially recorded and will feature on Power of 10 and Run Britain rankings.

Registration: Please register in advance, as we are unable to do registrations on the day.

Bottled water is not provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle and use the drinking fountain in Lammas Park. There is no secure bag drop available but you can leave your bag at registration with a volunteer (at your own risk, parkrunstyle). Please leave any valuables at home.
