About Well Run 2024

Well Run 2024 Race Info

WellRun 10k and WellRun Kids Fun Run (founded by DV Events and Well Human) will take place on Sunday 20th October 2024.

In the second year of this event, both races aim to encourage runners of all abilities to take part, with the ethos of running a friendly, all-inclusive event that promotes a strong social community and good mental wellbeing for all.

WellRun Kids Fun Run welcomes children aged 6-16 to take part in a 1km or 3km, cross country, undulating race course, starting at 9:15am for the 1km race and  9:30am for the 3km race. The course is both fun and challenging, with ample support and encouragement. Plus, children will receive a memento for their efforts!

WellRun 10k starts at 10:30am and is set in the beautiful Cotswolds welcoming runners aged 16 and above to participate in the undulating road race, where you can take in the breathtaking scenery.

Prizes will be awarded to Mens and Womens 1st/2nd/3rd places and 1st place for Men and Women in each age category. Spot prizes will also be awarded to runners at random as a thank you for supporting this race.

Refreshments will be available from The Old Smokery situated at Race HQ, Far Peak.

Fun Run Distance 1km and 3km

Transfers and refunds

In line with most events, refunds will not be available once the entry has been submitted. However, entries may be transferred (the organisers will not be responsible for transfer of race fees) up to the event closing date.  After that date, transfers will be subject to the discretion of the race organisers and email confirmation received from the Race Administrator. Anyone found to be competing without a valid number / authorisation will be disqualified.

Please note: Once a successful entry has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.  If this is not received within 24 hours, please double check your account and / or payment method, as often we find an entry is 'pending'.  If you believe your entry has been successful but you have not received a confirmation email, please email the Race Administrator via the icon under the Organiser option on the right.

Race numbers must be collected on the day, no details will be sent by post.  Runners instructions will be emailed shortly after the closing date for entries.

Venue Far Peak, Northleach, GL54 3AP. There is ample parking on site.

Please note, to assist organisers, would runners / spectators use the bins provided for all rubbish.  This helps cut down on the clearing up time after the event and helps keep the good relationship with Far Peak to be able to stage the event in future years.
