Before you enter Corsham 2k Run 2020
Entry to the 2k Race will commence at 6.00pm on 1st February 2020, and is open to runners aged between 5yrs (on 31.12.19) and under 16yrs on race day (26.04.2020). Only those with race numbers will be permitted to run the course, although supporters and spectators are very welcome. As in previous years, the maximum number of runners is 200. The entry fee will be £5.50, which includes chip timing.
Important notice - when completing the registration details please enter the child's name, DOB and medical information but the parent/guardian's email address and mobile phone number.
We are very grateful to our sponsors, Heywood School and Station Road Garage, who enable us to provide excellent value for money, and to Corsham Court, whose grounds we are glad to be able to use and which we appreciate and respect. We are equally grateful to Will Edwards of First Step UK gym, who will lead the warm up. Entrance costs £5.50 which includes the chip timing, finishers medal and gift and a downloadable certificate.

About Corsham 2k Run 2020
Hi there! We’re glad to know you’re thinking of enter Corsham 2k 2020. Here is some information to help you decide if it’s for you. Firstly, the race is restricted to those who were at least 5yrs old on 31.12.19 and will be under 16yrs old on race day. Please note that only those with an official race number will be permitted to run the course; there are lots of spots where supporters can watch and cheer!
We’re offering a lovely route beginning in the delightful Corsham Court Park, passing along the tree-lined Avenue and through the impressive gates to return along the Lacock Road (which will be closed to traffic). The finish will be under the main gantry at the race village (Corsham Football Club). The race will be chip timed by DBMax, and official photos will be available to order. Trophies will be awarded for males and females in the age categories U7, U9, U11, U13, U16.
To enhance your experience and to keep you safe there will be a warm up, the route will be closely marshalled, and 3 shepherd marshals and a sweep marshal will run with the field.
Please note that there are no entries available on the day, and that runners must be accompanied by a responsible adult when they collect their race numbers. That person must remain on the route or at the race village for the duration of the event.
