There are a fair amount of climbs on PedEllle this year in the Tuscan Hills and so it is essential that you get into practise climbing and descending in order to get the most out of the ride itself by raising your fitness levels. You can do as many or as little Swains Lane loops as you can and simply meet up again at the bottom whist Anna will be there to give advice and support should you need it.
Challenge yourself: How many laps can you do! go again in a months time and see if you have improved.
