What to bring: If you prefer to train in your own shoes Gymbox use two bolt SPD pedals or you can bring trainers. It is also advisable to bring a towel and plenty of water.

We love to ride our bikes outside, but sometimes a spin class is a quick way to get a super intense fitness fix that could see you reaping serious benefits in power and speed, but don't forget to breathe!
Spinning will take place most Fridays leading up to our Club Peloton events. You must sign up here beforehand in order to attend.
The sessions will be taken by fellow rider and ride captain Samantha McClary... and she is keen to get your training in fine form.
