If Bourton 10k is full. Please add your name to the waiting list below.

If, for any reason, your are unable to run you will be able to transfer your place to someone on the waiting list. 

Transfer to a runner on the waiting list

Runners transferring their place to a runner on the waiting list will be refunded their entry fee less a £3 admin fee and the RaceNation booking fee. You will only be refunded if your place is filled by someone on the waiting list. If your place is not transferred, you will not be refunded. All transfers must be complete by 5pm on Tuesday 17 February 2026.

Please follow these instructions.

Using the email address you used to enter the Bourton 10k, email us at bourtonroadrunners@gmail.com. The subject of the email must read “Bourton 10k transfer to waiting list”.

In the body of the email, please insert “Please transfer my Bourton 10k place to the next person on the waiting list.”

The new runner has 24hrs to complete their entry, after that the place will be offered to next person on the waiting list and so on.

The new runner will be charged the appropriate entry fee.

You will not be informed who has taken your place.
