The Kids' Bikeathon is a sponsored event, in Victoria Park, for children up to year 6.
Our Bikeathon will be fun and non-competitive; it's NOT a race!
Children will cycle around the ½ mile tarmac circuit for as many laps as they wish. Smaller children are welcome to use scooters, but ALL participants must wear helmets.
The aim is for children to have fun, whilst raising money for Blood Cancer UK, through the Heart of England Branch: "Because it's time to beat leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and all types of blood cancer". Blood cancer is the most common form of childhood cancer. Please set up a fundraising page, entry fee refunded if £50 is raised.
Every child will receive a medal when they finish.
Please make sure you input your Child's information in the top section of the form not yours as the parent
Entry fee is £10 for the first child, but siblings pay a reduced fee of £8.50 (COMBO discount). Entry fee is refunded if £50 sponsorship is raised.
The course will be marshalled, but parents are responsible for their children at all times.
All participants must wear a helmet.
Please bring a water bottle, we will provide fresh water for refills.
Please register (from 9.40am) on arrival at the Princes Drive end of the park, we will be near the big gates.
Remember to collect a medal when your child finishes.
Victoria Park is a lovely place, why not stay for a picnic and the play area after the event.
There are toilets and a café at the other side of the park from the registration area.
This event is supported by Warwick District Council
