Run the Bideford 10 Mile and support North Devon Hospice! Runners of all abilities are welcome and will receive a new 2024 medal bespoke to each of our races as well as a t-shirt.

The top 3 male and female runners and the 1st in each category (up to V75) win a cash prize, £150 for 1st man and woman plus a £50 bonus if the winner sets a new course record – male 49:58 (2022), female 57:46 (2018), £20 for the winner of each category up to V75

Starting and finishing very close to the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club Clubhouse and taking in magnificent views of the Taw and Torridge estuary. The course heads out on roads and returns on the Tarka Trail, you even get to run through a tunnel. The race is moderately flat, with only three small inclines. View the course.

No walkers. This is for the safety and wellbeing of participants and marshals as sections of the race are on open roads. Participants need to be able to complete the race in an average of 15 minutes per mile, or faster, and within the 2 hours 30 minutes cut-off time.
