Race Venue

Race HQ Registration and General Enquiries are located within Robin Greaves Sports Hall, Quedgeley Wanderers Football Club, Stephenson Drive, Quedgeley, Gloucester.GL2 2AG

Registration is from 8am to 9.30am. Limited Changing rooms will be available to runners prior to the Start of the race.

Your race number and chip and baggage label is to be collected on the day. Please allow enough time to collect your race number and chip and baggage label. 

Parking is at the Park and Ride, Telford Way, Quedgeley, Gloucester. GL2 2AB

Changing and hot showers will be available after the race presentation.

Start Time: 10.05am Davy Way just before the large roundabout

COURSE RECORDS

Men Josh Lunn 49mins-12Sec Bedford & County A.C.

Women Molly Browne 59mins-57sec B.R.A.T.

There will be two feeding stations per lap Water and High 5. There will be mile markers every mile 1 to 10 miles

Safety

The safety of our runner’s officials, marshals and volunteers, contractors, spectators and everyone involved with our races is paramount to us

Course 
The course has a UKA Certificate of Course Accuracy. The course route is over a two lap route with some road closure. The first lap is 5.32 miles and the second lap 4.68 miles mainly flat scenic route with a few inclines. The real beauty of this challenge this event is for runners and will be licensed through England Athletics the application will be completed through Run Britain UK Athletics

Runners of all abilities charity, recreation runners, Club runners and Elite Athletes and gives participants the chance to try for a personal best time at the beginning of the year on a scenic rural route 

Time Limit 
The organizers have imposed a strict 2 hour time limit and at 12.05pm   the marshaling will progressively be removed from the course in accordance of the time limit.

Presentation of Awards 
This will take place Robin Greaves Sports Hall, Quedgeley Wanderers Football Club, Stephenson Drive, Quedgeley, Gloucester. GL2 2AG at 12 Noon

Prizes   
1st three Individuals Men/Women 1st Female Vet 40 and Male Vet 40 and then in the subsequent 10 year age groups up to 80 years of age. Please note an athlete can only win one prize. If a veteran athlete finishes in the first three positions they will receive the Individual prize

There will be a special designed Medal to all the Finishers
