The Venue is at Haresfield Gloucester. HQ is at the Beacon Inn Haresfield GL10 3DX. The course comprises of 1 laps of 5K which is flat with a few inclines on Scenic route in the countryside Chipped timing, drink station at the Finish.

The Car Parking is in the Cricket Field Car Park on the left hand side of the road going into the village of Haresfield. The landlord as asked participates not to park in the Beacon Inn Car Park. Please use the Car Park allocated  for the race.



This is an open road race for all abilities. This is a rural course, well Marshalled first aid cover

The event incorporates Gloucestershire 5K Road Championship  and is part of the road race series

Every runner will receive a Finishers Medal. Results should be available after you have finished the race.

All runners must be least 13 years of age on 31st August 2019 prior to the commencement of the competition year as defined above.



Registration will be open from 6:00pm on race day.  5K Race Start is at 7.30pm.



Refreshments will be available at the Beacon Inn



For safety reason ipods/mp3 players or equivalent are not allowed in this race.

Prizes 1st, 2nd,3rd  Individual Men/Women Female Vet 40 and Male Vet 40 and then first position in every subsequent 10 years age groups depending on entries. Please note an athlete can only win one prize in the open race

if a Veteran Runner finishes in the first three Individual Positions he or she will receive the Individual Prize.

Please note we will not send out any prizes in the post to any runner which have won a prize.If you have to leave early before the Presentation of Awards. Please see Anne to receive your prize.
