LOCATION is Bovington Tank Training Area BH20 7NQ, (just by the Lawrence of Arabia Memorial)
PRICE is
£42 for the Marathon and £32 for the Half Marathon for non-affiliated runners (£2 discount for affiliated runners)
There is a mandatory £2.50 fee per runner to use the land at this event, which will be added at checkout.
IDEAL FOR those who love to race a tough off-road challenge, and who love MUD! but equally, be accessible to those who prefer to enjoy the scenery on the way round and have some fun pretending to be a tank! (You need to be aged 18+ to enter the event)
CUT OFFS are 7.5 hours for the Marathon and 4 hours for the Half.
ENTRY INCLUDES a Medal for all finishers, fully signed routes, event Medics, sweeper runners, Prizes for first 3 males and first 3 females, and first 3 Canicross (mixed) in each race, car parking, free post race refreshment, free event Photos, option to purchase event t-shirts.

About The FUBAR and SNAFU
Bovington Tank Training Area...
...normally out of bounds to the public but we have a full marathon and a half marathon on offer which allows you to run around this .
Here at Badger Trail Events we've given you Ancient Woodland with the Dorset Ooser, we've given you Big Hills and open views with the Hellstone....
BOVINGTON is a different animal.
With the FUBAR full marathon and the SNAFU half marathon, you can expect a twisting and turning route. Expect Mud, more mud...(oh did we mention the mud?), water splashes, woodland tracks, gravel tracks, very little tarmac, muddy trails, more muddy trails, streams to cross, tanks, and even a possible glimpse of monkeys in the nearby monkey world.
The Event is CUPLESS
Finisher Medals, Chip Timing, Car parking, First Aid, Post Race refreshment, and a fully signed route are all included in your entry fee. Event tshirts are £10 extra.
Canicross Runners can enter, but STRICT conditions set by the MOD apply.
