Entry fee £10 EA affiliated, £12 non-affiliated. Minimum age for entry is 11 years on the day of the race.
Parking at race HQ (limited) and nearby off-road. Licensed bar and food available.
No late entries and no entries on the day.
Please choose the correct ticket before registering. UK/EA affiliated is for those with a current valid UK/England Athletics registration number. Other participants must register via the non-affiliated ticket.

A no frills, fast 3 lap 5k race with great PB potential. Course records 14:30 men, 16:02 women. Run on road throughout and with gun to tape chip timing. Entry fee £10 EA affiliated, £12 non-affiliated. Minimum age for entry is 11 years on the day of the race.
Parking at race HQ (limited) and nearby off-road. Licensed bar and food available.
Prizes - winner of the men's and women's open race. First v35, v45, v55, v65 male and female. First 16 (m/f) years and under on race day.
£150 bonus for the first man and woman to break the respective course records.
Limited entries on the day subject to availability.
