L'ETACQ & BACK IS BACK!

Please join us on Sunday 25th September, for a sponsored 12km (7.5 miles!) beach walk, jog or run and help raise money and awareness for your local autism charity.

L’Etacq and Back is a well-organised, family-friendly event. We love dogs too! #PAWsomeForAutism!

Stepping out from Le Braye Slip at 10.00 am, most walkers return in around 2.5 hours and runners usually finish in about 1 hour.

Water refill stations will be available at L'Etacq so please remember to arrive with a full water bottle to top up when you get to the halfway point. Plastic water bottles will not be on offer. Children and our four-legged friends will be rewarded and re-energized with sweets and doggy treats!

Finishers will be welcomed back with well-deserved congratulatory medals, complimentary hot drinks, and delicious breakfast rolls.

The costs are £15 for adults (18 yrs old and over) £5 for students (aged 15 - 17 yrs old), £3 for children (aged 5-14 yrs old), and free entry for children aged 0-4 yrs. If you have purchased a ticket and are participating with support, or a carer, please add a complimentary Participant Companion ticket to your order.
