The Edinburgh Marathon is one of the UK's BEST MARATHONS and has always been a popular event for therapists.  Once again in 2024 we will be providing a huge team of therapists to MacMillan Cancer Care and we invite you to sign up to come along and join the fun this year.

This will be a busy day, with peaks as the half marathon finishes and then again after the full marathon - the buzz in the massage tent never stops and you'll work hard and get lots of great experience.

• Students may apply - supervision will be provided


• We will provide treatment tables - this will help with your arrival on site


• Fees: £100


• 09:00 - 17:00 - there will be a briefing at 9am but then there will be down time before the half marathon runners come in.  There is a busy spell before another lull so there will be time for down time and breaks, before the marathon runners come in.  Most therapists will be finished by around 4pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for loads of hands-on experience as you will be very busy during the peak times.  MacMillan are an amazing charity to work with and they look after the team really well.  LOTS OF FUN!!
