Supporter Experience Workshops
Learn how to design and create brilliant Supporter Journeys in this interactive training course.
By engaging with your audiences in the right way, at the right time, you can raise money directly from those who already support you and also attract and engage new audiences…which will raise more money for your organisation.
This training is for anyone who wishes to understand what supporter experience is and how to design effective supporter journeys for their audiences. If you have started working on supporter journeys and are looking for some pointers, wish to refresh your knowledge in the area, or know that it is important but have not found the focussed time to really work on it, then, these sessions are for you!
Four modules will take you through key learning points and then practical application in the room. Each module builds on the previous one and work will be required between modules. At the end of the four weeks you will:

• Understand Supporter Experience and why it is important for your organisation
• Have defined a key audience
• Designed a journey for your audience
• Designed the communication for the journey

Beginning September 2023 each module will run weekly and will last 3 hours. The training is delivered by online Zoom teaching and practical workshop time together, and includes space for 121 questions. The course is limited to 15 people due to the interactive workshop structure and attendees should make sure they can attend all four modules as the modules do build on one another so stepping 'in and out' will be difficult.
The focus of this course is for those who work in fundraising and marketing.
