3 hour afternoon (1pm to 4pm) WORKSHOP at St Paul's Centre, St Helier.
Running a non-profit making organisation (charity, voluntary group or social/sports club) should be fun and satisfying but it can also be challenging, especially if you’re not too sure what is meant to be happening, what legal stuff you need to comply with (or not) and you don’t even know who to ask.
If you want to know how to better manage your voluntary organisation to help stop it all going wrong, then why not come along to this interactive workshop to meet people ‘in the same boat’ share and learn from best practice when it comes to setting up and running your organisation.
Learning about the right way to run your organisation (good governance principles) will help keep you on track with managing your organisation, ensuring success and taking the stress factor out, so it’s more fun. We will look at ethics and Etiquette and why it matters how you run your non-profit making organisation.
