You are responsible for buying or making your own squirrel costume.

Route: Squirrels gather in Wests Centre. They head off to the end of Bath Street to turn right onto Queen Street. All the way down to Charing Cross, turning there to go back to the finish line in the Royal Square.

There will be a brief fun warm-up in West’s Centre and some entertainment in the Royal Square.

About Squirrel Run: Go Nuts for Acorn

In April 2023 our dear late colleague Dean Lowe and Kiley Henley completed the Virtual London Marathon wearing squirrel accessories, raising money for Acorn.

Dean would have turned 50 in February 2025 and we think he would love the idea of a Squirrel Run in his memory.

We want at least 50 people dressed in squirrel costumes running through St Helier, from West's Centre to Charing Cross and back to the Royal Square.

Suggested fundraising target: £50. Let's go nuts for Acorn!
